Every afternoon or early evening in the city by the bay a thick blanket of fog rolls in to cover the Golden Gate Bridge in all her majesty. This is the trademark of San Francisco and the outlying townships and counties. Sports fans from this area are of a different breed, some of them seem to have been spoon fed their championships. Now a dark cloud has fallen and without any sign of leaving any time soon.
Gone are the Montana’s, Young’s, and other notables that have graced the playing fields of San Francisco. All that is left, if you wish to call this a light is Bonds, a legend in his own mind. Every team in this region of professional sports except the Sharks & A’s has started to crumble. So what does one do to help rebuild these franchises on the brink of failure do, have patience!
