Here is some news for you! Barry Bonds is the starting left fielder in the upcoming MLB All Star game and the fans voted him there, they have spoken
No matter what you say, No matter what you may think, Barry Bonds deserves to be in next week's MLB All Star game as the starting left fielder. Tons of people are now making statements that Bonds does not deserve it, that there are lots of other players out there that SHOULD be starting instead of Bonds. Well the fans of baseball thought differently, 2.3 million people voted him in.
If you, as a baseball fan, thought differently then you should have voted. All of you that made these statements, such as the baseball writers or reporters need to Shut Up, plane and simple. This has nothing to do with the steroids at this point, people just do not want to see Barry succeed, but let me tell you that it is too late for that. He does not care about what you think, and if I was in his shoes, I would care less too.
I was listening today to the Dan Patrick show and Keith Olbermann stated plane and simple that Bonds did not deserve to be there, no matter how many votes he received. Okay Keith, we will change the voting rules to make you happy. What an idiot!
I am so tried of the Bonds bashing. I am so tired of the Government trying to take him down with the 3rd grand jury in the past 3 years. What a complete waste of my taxes! There is no way that they are going to indict him, give up already! Get a life and move on, spend the money on something else.
The only reason that they are picking on Bonds is because he is so close to Aaron's record that they probably feel that MLB will have another dark cloud over it for years to come, that is not going to happen. Sure Bonds is booed in every stadium because of the antics that follow him, and again I don't think he really cares.
And guess what Barry Bonds is the starting left fielder in the upcoming All Star game. Just live with it!
