Tonight I watched history as Barry Bonds tied Henry Aaron and hit a 382 foot shot to left field in Petco Park in San Diego, California. The home run was on the same day that Alex Rodriguez hit his 500th, to become the youngest player to reach 500 home runs.
The home run that Bonds hit was to left field off of San Diego pitcher Clay Hensley. Congratulation to Barry Bonds! Next up the all time record!
