You know what just torques me off? When a team does really well and at the first sign of adversity their “fans” boo them. Welcome to the real world Tampa Bay, it is an ugly place sometimes.
I watched the game and yeah, the Lightning did take a spanking from the Flyers. We are talking about the Conference finals here Tampa Bay "fans", not a game they should easily win. The best 2 teams in the East right now, the crème de la crème, the top of the food chain. Booing your team after they have had an incredible season and arguably the best player in the league in Martin St. Louis this year? Booing the same squad that laid the hammer down on the Islanders then Montreal with only one loss in both series combined? Booing the same goalie with a GAA of 1 point freaking 0 coming into this series?!?! Do you people boo your kids for coloring outside the lines or bombing the occasional test/assignment?

Welcome to the road to the cup you ingrates, while I would gladly take watching my Avalanche play right now versus being forced to watch a team get booed on their home ice by the “fans” that should be supporting them through wins and losses. You should all show your support, slap “your team” on their collective ass and worry about game 3.
Now don’t get me wrong, I am actually rooting for the bolts to take it all this year but damn, I am just appalled that a team has such a lack of support through the bad times. To take it a step further, I don’t think a city that does that deserves Lord Stanley’s Cup…good thing “your team” does.
