Agreed Gunner, I was just wondering if you thought the original penalty should have stuck instead of being reduced. Looking at just this event in isolation - F1A did the right thing (no intent so reduced penalty); but in general they do not typically give the benefit of the doubt - maybe it's a sign that they will be a little more judicial in doling out penalties, rulings etc? And you are right about DC being the most vocal about blocking - ironic that he is the culprit this time (albeit due to bad info).
Regarding TV coverage in Canada: always live on TSN and Speedvision (but no speedvision for the Montreal or US GP), and the US GP is not live on TSN. I think CTV may have it live, but anyone with cable would be able to watch live on Fox anyway. For all the other races - TSN. One nice thing is that TSN and Speedvision usually have commercials offset - so you can be wathing the race on TSN and when a commercial starts, you can flip to Speedvision and on good days as soon as the speedvision commercial starts you can flip back to TSN and their commercial is over.
