I was talking to them and expressed that I was not going to do anything legally, not that I had a chance in that or would even think about legal action against the Mavs, but I thought that they would at least do something in order to rectify the problem.
All I received from Cuban was an apology and he said that is all he has to offer. I then tried to call back and talk to the VP again and he will not return any of my calls. I am not sure if I will persue it any further at all, just too much of a headache
