- Idiopathic Central Nervous System Hypersomnia established by recognized diagnostic criteria (he wouldn't be allowed to fight if his nervous system was out of wack
- Drug-induced brain dysfunction (doubt that since he's drug tested)
- Epilepsy (he woulda came out and said he had this and the ufc would've known before hand about this condition as well)
- Depression shown to be refractory to other therapeutic modalities (possible reason he would take this)
- Senile apathetic behavior (he's 30..i doubt he's senile)
so that leaves 2 possibilities..depression which has other primary drugs used before this one or a-d-d which this is used as the primary drug
