The primary investors in a group buying the Tampa Bay Lightning said Monday they have no intentions of moving the team and will be "shockingly aggressive" in trying to improve the club that finished last in the NHL last season. Oren Koules and Len Barrie also expect to introduce a new coach, possibly as soon as Tuesday.
