Auburn looked to be rolling along vs Tenn in the first half. OU made to make a statment and they did. A poor outing could have cost them that #2 spot in the BCS.
I think USC played not to lose vs UCLA and the fact UCLA played probably their best game of the year. It is hard to lose the #1 spot without losing.
Some say had Cal beat USC earlier in the season they would be #1. Nope cause OU would have needed to lose. Could have they moved past Auburn yep.
OU had to dominate CU so there was no doubt period.
