It was pretty classless by Steve Pederson, but then again Pederson has never been the classiest guy. I can see why the Houston AD would be pretty pissed but taking the Nebraska team down there to open the season on the road vs. Houston could risk starting the season with win. If Nebraska loses the firts game of the season against Houston (sad as it is that our program has fallen so far so fast) then that might bring some question marks to the table concerning Callahan and his crew. True, it was a shitty move but I'm glad it was done.
