My apologies KP for misinterpating your post. I don't know exactly why 1-A teams play 1-AA teams but alot of them do and my point still remains that in order for one to back out of a deal, there first had to be a deal and through a little research I've learned that there never was a signed contract by either party, but rather preliminary discussions where by certain detailed stipulations had to be met on the part of Houston and when they weren't within the specified time limit,NU had every right to make another deal with whomever. What NU did is no different that what a business corporation who is involved in preliminary discussions relating to a merger with one of two other corporations and unless there exists signed documentation, the merging corporation has the option and right to select which ever transaction is in their best interest and with the corporation that first meets the guidelines that were set forth in the preliminary discussions and that's the bottomline. Thus,if you know anything about business or business law, then you should be able to understand what I'm saying. So all the negitivity directed at NU is without merit, fact and/or understanding of what the preliminary discussions entailed and is merely based on dislike for the NU program, past success of the program and any little negitive thing that involves NU,all the haters jump on it like flies on shit.
