Since there are alot of undecided prospects out there, it will help PSU for him to call the kids and say "hey, i decided to go here, you should come here and help me build something good". It will look much better to other potential recruits to see that the #1 player wants to go there. QB's may now want to go there because they see they will have this kid to throw to, and it will make their play easier. Interesting to see if this does help their program get back to where it was.

I don't know Jays. I think the fact that Penn State is so bad and they have to prop up their head coach on the sidelines like the guy from "Weekend at Bernies"
will overshadow Williams decision to go there.Top recruits will still pick more successful programs.
