Sara, that was an excellent letter. IMO, you got your point across without being malicious.
I didn't know it until I read your letter, but if the guy lashed out at the fans and made deragatory gestures to the fans simply for expressing their displeasure, the fans should be able to retaliate. Again, IMO, you did it respectfully.
