Actually, CU stopped selling alcohol in Folsom Field a number of years ago. Just last year, CSU stopped selling beer at their home games following the unfortunate drinking death of a woman early in the year. The drinking death wasn't at a football game, but hey, you can never be too safe.

As for the urine-filled beer cups, I can't say I'd ever heard anything about that, but I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest. CU, however, has really cracked down on the important issues at football games: now they won't let us throw marshmallows at halftime.
