I've heard that every 200k you invest conservatively, will yield 1000 a month, so you'd have 25k a month coming in, so no working. And let motherfuckers visit you, you'll have all the cool shit anyway at your pad since you're rich.

If you spend $1mil on a house and hooking it up, you would earn $160,000 a year at a small 4% return yearly just on the interest on the remaining $4mil that you have. $13K a month with limited bills... and never needed to dip into the $4mil. You'd be fine.

I'd give daughter jay a shit load of money to get over it.

The wife bounces? I meet a chick online... and when she hears i'm loaded she'd be more than happy to move into my monster house. Or i just get hookers to come over all the time and forget relationships all together.

how fucking far do you travel to bars beers? 30 miles is quite the radius. build a bar next door, and you've got all the entertainment you need.

at first i didn't see it jay and stinks way but i continue to be sold by there approach to this..no colleges within 30 miles of your house??
