Here is the place local to me... Quoit Factory - Slate Quoit Boards, Rubber Quoits, Composite Quoit Boards

They are actually $210 with 4 quoits. The boards are like 60 pounds each, so you really wouldn't want to get them shipped... its like $100 extra.

I'm not sure if anyone in Jersey makes them. You may be able to find just the poles to stick in the ground and cheap quoits.
