It's been a real laugh catching up tonight. The way I found you was I Googled Jane Tylski and the Jack Ass of the Week came up. I have made it my obsession to find every blog relating to the bastards and updating them with as much information as possible without compromising the prosecution, the identity of the child or the new witness that has come forward. It's really fun to stir up the idiots that think that just because he played NFL football, was an "All Pro Dad" spokesman (I put an end to that) and big on espousing his "Christian family values" (I've pretty much stopped that too), he has to be innocent. I'd like to hold all their buddies in a room with continuously playing video of the child in her 2 hr deposition and earlier interviews with prosecutors while full sized pictures of her leg and hand flickered over head. Maybe then the fools would see what monsters both Tylskis are. Keep up the good work guys, you're the best.

This case was resolved today. Rich entered into a pre-trial agreement so long as he completes the terms. Jane got 100 hrs of community service & 2 years probation. The will give $12,500 to and educational fund for the child. This was brought about by the testimony of the Tylskis nephew that corroborated our girls testimony. Are the being adquately punished? No! But we have no control and must be satisfied that they admitted in court that they abused this child. Of course, they are signing the "I was forced to plead" song. Just as we expected.

if the community sentence is being forced to work under bill belicheck then they will get what they deserve...hours and hours of being forced to wear hoodies with cut off sleeves and videotaping every aspect of what bill will do in the future
