couture is coming back...its obvious...big deal...don't get me wrong....the guy is great and will beat pretty much everyone....but is it such a shock he's coming back...he's in great shape and can still fight...and i'm sure the money is good

What weight do you think he'll be back at? Still at 205?

he could possibly try and drop to 185 to avoid liddell and see if he can win a belt in that division...its alot of weight though...i can't see him moving up....been there and done that plus taking on guys like 250+ can't be fun when your like 215

you should still watch just in case he announces he's buying ufc and firing dana white

I saw him at 205... no way he makes 185 and is in good enough shape to fight and be competitive. I don't know why he would come back... its gotta be about the money. He's not going to get another title shot soon.

lol, he's not buying it from Zuffa.. this is the time when they are making a TON of money off of it. I know you weren't serious, but think about that... spend all that money and time to build the UFC up and then dump it just when its about to make the most money.

all he has to do is weigh in at 185..lots of guys drop weight before the fight..you know that....so weigh in at 185 and by fight time your 200 again

yeah, i know all about the cutting of weight. But i believe Randy was cutting to get down to 205 and then weighed more for the fight. Cutting that much weight drains your body. But we can only guess at this point, i'd have to see what his "walk around weight" is. Just looking at him for the last Liddell fight, i didn't see how he could lose 20 more pounds and that was a day after he weighed in. Maybe he'll say tonight.

Other great news for MMA/UFC... The newly purchased WEC league by Zuffa begins this saturday! Its basically going to be a minor league for the UFC. The first card will not be televised, but the rest of their cards will be shown on the VERSUS network. We will have MMA all over the place with Spike, HBO, Versus, Showtime and PPV showing it. Along with the Fox channels that show some Pride and IFL. Its going to be bigger than boxing... just wait.

The first card for the WEC... (not bad for minor league)

-Urijah Faber vs. Joe Pearson for the WEC Featherweight Title
-Rob McCullough vs. Kit Cope for the vacant WEC Lightweight Title
-Carlos Condit vs. Alex Serduykov
-John Alessio vs. Brian Gassaway
-Rich Crunkilton vs. Mike Joy
-Alex Karalexis vs. Olaf Alfonso

Well, hell... now i don't know who to root for.

At UFC 69 - Diego Sanchez will fight Josh Koscheck!

Now i know Sig wants them to both lose, but these guys are two of my favorites. I dont' want to see either of them lose, but it should be a great fight.

i think this was in response to koscheck's announcement...i feel the same way...haha...but it has potential to be a really good fight...one that i'd like to see...and think koscheck could win....ech, i can't believe i said that...hopefully both guys choke each other out and never regain consciousness

I missed about half of TUF 1... i didn't know much about the show and kept forgetting to watch it. I didn't really get into the show til TUF2. But he's been fine since the show ended.
