If Nebraska doesn't win the big 12 North i won't know what to think. Unless it is lost to Iowa State because with people like Stevie Hicks and that tall WR can't think of his name off the top of my head that is only a sophomore and Austin Flynn at QB they will be a challenge it's always a good thing that we get them at home this year. Colorado yes we will probably lose at Folsom Field being that it is Callahan's first time down there and I'm worried of that. But Nebraska should win the Big 12 North in my opinion sirs.

Umm thats rather cocky my friend. Within the first 4 weeks USC must go to Oregon and Arizona State to try and keep their undefeated streak alive. Which I believe will end in Tempe. After that loss 2 weeks later if Stoops at Zona doesnt give them any trouble Notre Dame will surely be up for the game in South Bend. I'm not sure if Washington will put a scare into you but im sure California will try to pull something off with their home field advantage even after losing rogers. USC will NOT go undefeated and 3 peat this year. It just will not be done. Maybe if they played in a better conference though they'd have a little more competition throughout the year? who knows?

1st, Welcome Kswoll! Hope to see you stick around.

2nd, I agree with Ks here. USC will go undefeated again this season in route to another national championship game. As of right now, I don't see any team good enough to beat them. When you have an NFL ready QB and RB, you don't need much help elsewhere. But USC has a solid defense and very good receivers.

Its going to be ugly, and they will roll through the regular season.

cmon, be real. they are the returning champs, a heisman qb, a future heisman winner (bush), most of their last year starters and the best ncaa football coach(carroll)what more can i say! a. state, who they got? a QB with hardly any experience. be real man! USC->

<- arizona state.i actually think a. state is over ranked they should be like #22. nuff said!

It's highly likely that USC will go undefeated during the regular season,but it must be pointed out that upsets are a common occurrance during the collegiate football season. Thus it is no set in stone that USC is assured of a third consecutive NC.
As for the Buffalos winning the Big Xll North,I don't see it happening,as last years North Title was nothing more than a stroke of luck coupled with the ineptness of the other division teams. My Huskers will be vastly improved over last year with a year experience under their belts in the WCO system and double the team talent that they possessed last year. This year will be the beginning of the Huskers climb back to respectability and reclaim the North title that is rightfully ours and we'll put those also rans back in their place,looking up at the Huskers which is customary to them,thus they won't feel out of place.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers could clinch a Bowl berth by their first 6 games if they play like they should with a real west coast passing QB and some more recievers. My questioning will come on how the defensive secondary will play.

true the football isn't round and might take some funky bounces but when your riding high. it's no doubt they have targets on their backs. i believe there are going to be some close games but carroll's defense should be the game breaker!
