Okay, I'll answer it for you. Arkansas in '94. A decade ago. And including Arkansas in '94 and excluding Kentucky in that time span, the SEC has only had 5 teams make the Final four: Arkansas (2), Florida (2), & Mississippi State. Finally, including Kentucky, the SEC hasn't had a team appear in the Final Four since 2000 (Kentucky's last Final Four appearance was in 1998).

At the same time, here are how many teams have represented their respective conferences beginning in 1994:

ACC (11): Duke (4), North Carolina (4), Maryland (2), & Georgia Tech
Big 10 (7): Michigan State (3), Ohio State, Wisconsin, Indiana, & Minnesota
Big XII (6): Kansas (2), Oklahoma State (2), Texas, & Oklahoma
Pac-10 (5): Arizona (3), UCLA, Stanford
Big East (4): Syracuse (2) & Connecticut (2)
Atlantic 10: Massachusetss
C-USA: Marquette
Moutain West: Utah

*For the record, Kentucky has had 3 Final Four appearances in that time span, giving the SEC 8 total. Also, I'm sure you'll pick on the Big XII, but I think it's needless to say that until recently, they were not a major basketball conference and I can admit to that. They've basically switched places with the SEC as the Big XII had 5 Final Four appearances in that stretch from 2001 when the SEC had zero.

Well, since 1988, the Big XII and SEC have had the same number of national champions (not counting Kentucky) further proving that the SEC is a one-team conference. You see, that was my main point that you still can't seem to grasp. No, the Big XII hasn't won since 1988 (hell, it wasn't even the Big XII back then), but since 2002, they've threatened to win a championships with three different teams while Florida was the SEC's last hope and that was in 2000.

after KU won in '88, KU had 2 FFours and OKSt had one until 2002, so 3FFours in 12 years????? in that same period, the SEC had 10 FFours and won 3 championships...oh and BTW, while UK had 4 of those FFours, Arkansas had 3, Florida had 2, and Miss St had 1, whereas since KUs '88 NCAA championship, your conference only had KU, OK, and OKSt.

Maybe we're the only Jayhawks because our mascot is historically based. You should know that being Mr. History Book. Then again, you probably don't know of any other history books outside of college basketball. Where'd UK come up with their mascot? From the settlers of Kentucky's first meal?
