It really is, it really brings up a good question....in sports in general why is there always a conference that is on such a higher level than the other. I don't get it.

AFC >> NFC
AL >> NL
WESTERN >>>> EASTERN

Its the whole "East Coast Bias" thing. The league makes the refs call the games so they favor the team in the East.

This is why I hate the NBA its hit or miss as far as competition goes and its no longer about the game and playing it with any heart.

As far as Iverson goes....If they were going to trade him they had to do it in the offseason which I can't believe they didn't, ugh another favorite team of mine suckin ass.
