| Fantasy Sports It's like Dungeons & Dragons, only without the geeky costumes and 20-sided dice. |

I received a response again from sportsline and it was the same goddam response like the first one. Read the email that I sent back to them this morning:
I am extremely pissed at this!!! This is the third email that I have sent in regards to my fantasy league on Sportsline.com. I am appalled at your responses because of the fact that I was sent the SAME email again and again. Who can I contact to talk about my league problems and please do not send me to the help page on Sportsline, that doe not do a damn thing for me. I need to speak to someone from Sportsline.com, I am the commissioner of my league and I have had problems that I would like to discuss with your company. Commissh's Erik response to the last email was an insult to my integrity. Please read this entire email and you will see what I mean. Please send me a contact phone number ASAP. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I am going to report your practices to the BBB. Sincerely, Mike Simonds SportsRant.com -----Original Message----- From: Fantasy Support [mailto antsup@sportsline.com]Sent: Wednesday, March 24, 2004 12:43 PM To: Mike Simonds Subject: Re: FW: Billing Related Issue Hi Mike: **DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL, IT WILL NOT REACH THE INTENDED PARTIES** Please submit your question from within the fantasy game you reference by scrolling over the "Help" button within the header, and then clicking: "Contact Us/Contact the Commissioner". Submitting your question using this outline will expedite response directly from individuals within our fantasy department assigned to your game. It also provides them with a direct link to your league and a good deal of setup information that allows the commissioners to more accurately assist you. Please read my email send to support@sportsline.com. I am appalled at the service that I am receiving from Sportsline at this time and I wish a quick and decisive response to this issue! I sent this email originally on March 18 and the response stated that I would receive a reply within 24 hours; well it took them 6 days to get back to me. Please read the message below and respond ASAP or I will contact the BBB. Sincerely, Mike Simonds Original Message Follows: ------------------------- Name: Mike Simonds ID: sportsrant Email: simonds@sportsrant.com Subject: Billing Related Issue Feedback: I am in the sportsrant.com fantasy baseball league that I, along with another person paid for. We conducted the draft roughly 10 days ago and I cam sending this email because he also sent in an email and never heard from CBS what so ever. We experienced many problems during the draft, something that I would not expect for $ 120.00. Yahoo offers free leagues with the same type of drafts. First, the default rankings by Sportsline are atrocious. An owner in my league who didn't adjust the default rankings and was unable to attend the draft was given Ryan Dempster with the #2 pick in the draft. Second, all too frequently, errors would come up on the draft page, forcing owners to reopen their draft pages. Finally, it was much too difficult to see what players had already been drafted. Once a player was drafted, their name was completely removed from all the rank lists and it became a wild goose chase to find out if a player had been drafted yet and who had taken them. I have participated in numerous Yahoo! Live Drafts and have never found their servers slow, have never experienced an error on their draft pages, and have always been able to navigate their draft pages with ease. I do expect some sort of reply to this because the commissioner did not and he submitted his email over 5 days ago. I think some sort of compensation should be given to us do to all of the problems that we have sustained so far! I'm sure my opinion makes little difference to you, but I just wanted to assure you that you are far from the best fantasy sports source available. Thank you.
