Well that does me for the day, looks like the scummers will win as will Barca, Bayern, and Roma who just went up 2-0. Tomorrow more of Matchday 1!!!

Yes you play each team in your group twice, once at home and once away. Like I said a draw on the road at PSV ain't too bad of a result, the only goal at this point in the UCL is just to get through the group.

Matchday 1 continues today with Arsenal traveling to the AOL Arena in Hamburg. Thierry Henry has been ruled out with an injury. Speculation is out there that young Theo Walcott may get his first start with the first team. Given his play so far this season I think that would be a wonderful choice, he has shown to be a danger when he gets on the field so I am hoping the boss picks him.

joe cole was the guy who got injured early in the second half of the mls all stars vs. chelsea game....its a big loss for them and for the english national side.....

thanks for keeping updates of the scores...i'm just not able to follow them cause of this annoying thing called work...don't they know whats more important

Ah... i didn't get to see the MLS all-star game (i was somewhere, can't remember now). Anyway... and i've only seen one of Chelsea's games this year and didnt' even notice Joe Cole i don't believe.

I just put the soccernet gamecast up on my screen and check in every now and then. Liverpool Stinks!
