Say NO to Shootouts!

Cancela just wasn't very impressive in the midfield this year. Far too many turnovers and lazy play... which lead to him not getting near as much playing time. Maybe as a full time starter he can turn it around. But no, Nichol wasn't going to use him... which was evident when he sat through the whole MLS final.
That kind of makes sense with the allocations Gunner. I'll just have to look it up and read more about it. Basically Toronto drafted 10 guys, but was only left with 7 after all the moves. Guess they are going to try to hit the "transfer period" hard? Maybe try to make a push at one or two top players. I also suprised they didn't draft Buddle and too O'Rourke instead... and then just shipped him away. Strange. |

thanks for the update gunny....just to lazy to look it up...why leave a guy unprotected if you wanna keep him..i guess they ran out of protected spots..i think its smart to then take that guy cause the club gave up a partial allocation(which will be used to get an overseas talent...most likely a south american player)....why trade away a canadian talent in serioux??? you had that one picked dead on gunny....
