Chelsea = NY Yankees (sort of). They are one of the top 2 seemingly every year. They are a rival to most of the better teams, and they can spend a ton of money to get the best players.

chelsea is more of the red sox and man. u is the yankees....chelsea is hated also cause of the coach(who self proclaimed himself the best coach in the world) and cause arsenal is there whipping boys...arsenal = 6th place

OK this is for NICK,
Clubs I hate;
1. sp*rs, this rabble is the traditional rival or in the vernacular our local derby. When Arsenal played at their old Stadium Highbury, this bunch played 2 miles up the road in their ground called Shite Hart Lane. Being that close has made Arsenal and sp*rs one of the most heated rivalries in the League. sp*rs are really detestable because of their fans who think they still play beautiful football the way they used to in the early 1960s. sp*rs fans will also be the first to remind you that they won the double first. Of course they really start pulling out the nose hairs when you ask what have they won in the last 5 to 10 years, the answer, sp*rs have won fuck all and let's hope it stays that way.

2. chelscum. I never used to really hate this bunch until Roman Abramovich the head of the Russian Mafia took control of the club and then brought in "The Chosen One" Jose Mourihno to be the manager. Since then the scummers have spent an extreme amount on players, it's baseball free agents times 100. Mourihno won the Champions League with his former club FC Porto all the time knowing he was going to the scummers the next season. Right after they handed out the Champions Medals he ran off the field and refused to be photographed with his winning side, that makes him a twat of the highest order.

The rest but it's more like healthy dislike

3. Leeds United, their bankrupt pretty much all the time now so they don't matter.

4. Bolton Wanderers, or as I call them Notlob. They play a horrid brand of football in which they kick the opposing players as much as they kick the ball.

5. Sunderland, well they're just cunts

Gunner and Sig, need your help please. I joined an EPL fantasy league on Yahoo. You get to pick whoever you want with a 100 point salary cap. Anything I should worry about with my current team?

Not a bad looking team Jay.

Strikers
I really like the Van Persie pick as he should be Arsenal's main target man this season. Keep an eye on Owen he has become very injury prone of late but I still think he has the talent to score goals. Zamora blows.

Midfield
Looks solid, my only concern would be to keep an eye on how much Sidwell plays for the scummers you don't want him to be another high priced bench warmer.

Defenders
Probably your weakest spot. Yobo is inconsistent.

Goalkeeper
If James plays like he did last season it's a solid pick.

Thanks Gunner! Its hard because you have limited "Cap space"... Van Persie (who i'm also really big on) was pretty expensive. So i had to get some lower level guys to save on money. Taylor was actually the highest ranked defender in the league (fantasy wise) last season. Sidwell started alot last season, but i have no idea who the projected starters are this season.

I'm going to have to keep an eye on alot of the guys playing time. Owen was pretty cheap because of the injuries, but he's been playing in some exibition games... i figured its worth a shot.
