I think thats just a frustrated coach asked about it after the game. Not exactly bitching... just mad they lost, and mad the refs couldn't even blow the whistles before the ball was snapped. A kicker really shouldn't have to kick the field goal twice.

A lot of fans were bitching too really. It sucks the kicker had to kick it again but typically for Kickers/Punters when a play is blown dead or otherwise stopped they usually boom it away as a practice shot anyhow so he got his practice and then his real one...other way around would have been better for the Raiders...but oh well.
