you're an idiot...mls built themselves slowly with a low salary cap and homegrown talent mixed in with veterans from other countries...as they grew, they've adapted to make the league bigger and more accomodating to soccer fans here and overseas....i can go on but i think you're a sports idiot so i'll cut it off right here

when does play begin and what channel is it on?

April 12th.

No National TV deal has been reached yet, but they are in talks with some major networks. They have a national Sirius radio deal.

The MLS has been around forever and is the biggest way for realtors to list and find homes for people. A little more important than a sports league.

Actually MLS.com - Search for homes on MLS nationwide is a private site the refers people to realtors, mortagage guys etc. MLS is broken down by state city and privately owned. In NC its the Carolina Multiple Listing Service.

Who does Major League Soccers marketing the guys behind New Coke and Pepsi Clear?
