McSorley was playing for the Kings when bopped Brashear, and gonzo-boy Bertuzzi was playing for the canuckleheads when he jumped moore or whatever that Av's name is. Neither ever played for the Flyers or Rangers so f 'em. The Flyers play strong in your face hockey and don't need a agitator to get the job done. If Avery gets into character tonight, it's gonna cost the Rangers - Flyers are disciplined enought to ignore him until someone gets a shot at him and know the best way to shut a mouthpiece like him up is win AND womp his ass.

oh yeah Ssigs, I'd like to disagree with you about the Rangers not being dirty, but can't because they are not.
Flyers in a 1 goal game tonight - that's my prediction. Jagr blew his wad last night, so he's gonna take the night off. I can't remember if Hartnell is back yet, but if he is you can bet he'll be ready for Avery.

ahhh, like the Oiler/Canuck game last night! I'd go with that in reverse, but winning or losing by a shootout really sucks, wish they'd get rid of that...but that's an old argument.

Nice try Sigs, but we're tied in points and have less losses. Technically the Flyers are still in first.

But it was a good game... Sadly these two teams don't play again until Jan. 10th.

I'm sorry but you're wrong. Thats not how it works. The Rags have a worse winning percentage...

I will be willing to say we are tied, but in no sport does the team with more losses and the same amount of wins get 1st place.

good call on the game Ssigs. I couldn't get it and had to settle for the Oilers/Minnesota snooze out (it was so slow of a game I actually did fall asleep before it ended). Jay/SSigs/Beers/anyone - was it a good game? I haven't even seen the highlights yet - despite losing the rags, I may have had a good hockey pool night (players on both teams).
