I thought it was a great game...great tempo...back and forth up and down the ice...pretty physical game as well...I really enjoyed the game obviously not the result though. Defin not a snoozer by anymeans.

I see Tolpeko was called up and got 2 points - how did the kid look? (I know - 2 points, but that doesn't always tell the story).

He really didn't get much ice time at all especially in the first 2 periods...he got a little more in the 3rd to shake things up. He's a hard worker and really has a motor...other than that I didn't think I saw enough of him to say much else...someone else may have though.

thanks (Again) beers - sounds like his goal and assist were more about right place/right time and who he was on the ice with as opposed to him all of a sudden becoming a force out there.

He's a worker, and he needs to get more playing time. He's head and shoulders better than Ruzika. Ruzika's been very good in the AHL, but doesn't have a roll on the Flyers. He's not near physical enough to play on a checking or shutdown line and Tolpeko is showing signs that he can be. There's no spot for him if we are healthy, but he needs to be up over the others for now.

it was a good game...very entertaining to watch

i see it as this...we have the same points but are up 2-0 head to head..so we are in first

It doesn't matter really, just wanted to bust your balls for a bit. The Rangers should be ahead of the Flyers, we were the worst team in the world last season... its just a matter of time time the Rangers take over 1st by themselves. They've won like 8 of their last 9 or something nuts like that.
