Right now, most of the time options on that day are still open, and I can change the time to anything, so long as it is before 6 (that's my friend's bday and I assume I'll have dinner and drinking plans at night).

Note that there are no times left after Friday, Sept 21. There are still times available up til 6 something the week of Mon Sept 17- Fri Sept 21.

Doh... season does start the 29th, its early this year. I have a wedding on the 15th, but I know how much of a pain in the ass it is to get a time everyone is around. I'd be okay with submitting my list if need be.

6 pm est is available on the 17th and 21st, how does that work for everyone? I'm afraid some will still be at work.

Yahoo is lame. I recall in the past, later draft times opening up at some point, but that isn't guaranteed.

Edit: Also lots of times available on Sept 12-14 in the evening.

I'm good all of those days at 6 or later. Yeah they do open up drafts, but i wouldn't want to count on that incase they don't this year.

Someone was too tired. I did the college one, made my picks and thought, "fuck it, i have two weeks yet, i'm going to bed". lol, but i'm off tomorrow so i'll probably be up boozing so i should get to it tonight.

These are currently the league seetings:

Roster Positions:

C, C, LW, LW, RW, RW, D, D, D, D, G, G, BN, BN, BN, BN, IR, IR
Stat Categories:G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, GWG, W, GAA, SV%, SHO

Anyone think we should change them? Yahoo changed the default settings this year. Game winning goals was replaced by shots on goal, since GWGs were too rare and luck based.

I wouldn't mind adding Short Handed Points myself. I would replace either GWG or PIM. In the new NHL, PIMs really isn't a good measure of toughness since it is mostly stupid hooking calls and the occasional 10 minute misconduct for whining. In another league last year, I replaced PIM with SHP and it seemed to work pretty well.

So what do you think? PIM / GWG keep them or leave them? SHP / SOG add them or forget it?
