Nothing wrong with wearing sports jersey's in public. Maybe its an area specific thing? I don't think i've ever heard people get bashed for wearing jerseys. I mean i don't have a lot of them, but in the winter/fall, i wear my Flyers jersey pretty often... and I wear my Tim Brown jersey too.

BUT, what I can't ever do, is wear a jersey of a player who is no longer on the team. Seems hypocritical, but Brown will be a Raider in the hall of fame, i count that as okay, and he's not playing anymore. Like I will never wear my Raiders Charles Woodson jersey in public. Just feels to weird to me.

I only wear during gametime. But then I believe it brings extra luck doing it that way. In public during the offseason makes a man crush a little too public.
