You should train on "relaxed" to achive max stamina recharge, but that'll cost you some improvement over the other training intensities. relaxed will give you 15 per day, if you need more than that think about upping your stamina and/or playing the game at an easier level under tactics.

if you are let's say 97 energy...you can go intense and it'll give you +3 but if your at 55..then go relaxed like stinks says

we definitely don't need 2 punters....updated players

QB = 1
RB = 1
FB = 1
WR = 0
TE = 2
OL = i don't know off hand..stinks has a Guard and 2 Tackles...we need a center
DE = 2
DT = 1
LB = 2
FS = 1
SS = 0
K = 1
P = 2

if i'm wrong just edit this
