Can we really even spend the 1 mil on seats at this point? At those numbers we'd realize on half of that money spent as income for the next season. Now if those seats are filled and we get a big increase in concessions it may start to equal out, but not likely due to the high salary numbers we have to pay out daily....I think we should consider pay cuts to get the stadium and overal financial health of the team in order for next season and then once healthy we can look to increase salaries.

ok whoever got 60k a year..i have resent a contract offer for 50k...no signing bonus as you got one already..please accept it so everyone is at 50k...once that is set..i will do some calculations and see if we can lower that even more without killing anyone as far as training goes

I know my LB got the 60K contract... i can't do anything about that until tonight. Unless you want to sign in as me and accept it for me.

i posted a thread for some backups...do you think 16,000 a year with a 2500 signing bonus is too little...that's 400 dollars a day..i already got a mesage from a level 1 guy looking for a job and i think that's a decent salary

I know when we were on CPU teams our contracts were smaller than that and they seemed to vary based on the position, like my LB was making more (I think like 14K) where as my center was making less (I think like 10K)
