ok bump...very important...get on a team...in 2 games i've jumped a level...i got over 500 xp points for each game...if you want to get better, this is how we have to do it...so get on a team for now

you gotta go into the forums and see what people are looking for...there are no computer owned teams so no offers will just come in...then pm the people instead of posting it in the threads...do whatever you can to get on one

still can't get my RB on a team, my two lineman are playing and the one that's a starter just got to 5 today.

well, I posted a thread in the players looking for teams forum and had 12 offers in about an hour.... guess that worked a bit better than my do nothing and hope someone notices me plan.... Got a starting role, so hopefully my back can be at least half decent if we can ever buy a team.
The owner of the one squad is actively looking for a ton of positions so PM thepigmarcher in Western Europe #2 AA Alpha division Buckingham Wild Boors if you're really having a tough time, tell them I sent ya.
