hahahahhahaha, not really. Bort indicated that 1. the median is a higher number than the average (currently about 14) and that 1 level over median would not effect the sportsmanship but rather 6-8 levels over.

They're dealing with a few teams that traded all their 20+ to their other teams in like BBB leagues.

It wouldn't really matter though since he'll just be a back-up and I don't think players get hurt. What will hurt is that his level won't go up as fast and if that new dude ever leaves we'll have to get a new QB.
