Ya know with this crap i've really come to think that this is part of a flaw of the game. The reality is that a bad team that gets a new owner has very little chance of turning that around with how the game currently works. Good teams only get better and bad teams pretty much stay as they are which in turn means they get worse given that any better team is always getting better. I have to think that even some outrageous contracts wouldn't change people's minds to sign with a team that has sucked and will likely continue to suck. Shame really.
