Senior Day at Chapel Hill
Wow, that is all I can say about this weekend.....What a way to win a game that we should have put away early, down 9 with 3 minutes, only committing 1 foul the rest of the way and break out an 11 - 0 spurt. I am in blue heaven right now.
I don't know what its like at KU or UK or anywhere else but Senior Day for these kids who have been through so much, starting their careers as the first team in forever not to win 20, not to go to the tourney, not to finish top 3 in the ACC, etc, etc...and then their senior year to win the outright ACC title on Senior Day against Dook with a comeback effort like that, I literally thought the roof was going to cave in from the excitement at the Dean Dome.
In other news I officialy reproject my first team All Americans to include Sean May on the first team. What a stud, 24 and 26 against Shelden Williams, that nice.........K even gave him some props.
Can't wait for this weekend, ACC, Big 12, and Big East tourneys ought to be crazy throughout, lot of teams jockeying to get in, and alot more jockeying for seeding, ought to be fun, I love March..........Toph I would toss the SEC in there, but I think y'all walk away with it killing some of the buzz........
