Quarterly Rant Spirit Award!
I have been thinking about this for awhile now, of starting a Rant Spirit Award. It would be a quartely prize for the member that goes above and beyond the rest of the members. Maybe a cash prize or something to that nature

Hmmmm, i think i would need to hear a little more details about this. I mean what is going "above and beyond". I also wonder how others will take this. It seems as if Big Mike will be giving out allowence to the little members. I don't know, maybe i am way off... fill me in.

Well, if it's going to be a quarterly prize, then shouldn't we call it the "Quarterly Rant Spirit Award"? Rather than monthly I mean.

I corrected the title and i think that i am looking for ideas with this award. I dont know what would classify "above & beyond". It has nothing to do with money contributions what so ever. Maybe things like:
