As far as your question goes, i don't know if the Hornets will because of their fear of spending money and winning. They have alot of talent in their youth, and vets, but not enough to compete in that division. Does their management want to win, not sure. Too early for me to guess at this point.

But i'm hoping it is either the Hornets or Wizards!!

IMO, it all depends on management and how much they want to spend. The three players you mentioned are decent players. I think Dickau could become a very good PG...maybe not All-Star caliber, but a very good player.
