Roy Jones Jr. vs. Antonio Tarver III - 10/01/05
Looks like RJJ will make his return to the ring October 1st, 2005 to fight a rubber match with Tarver. It will be on HBO PPV.

I'm a RJJ fan, and am praying he beats the hell outta Tarver and then tries to avenge his loss to Glen Johnson. But Jones looked so bad in his last two fights, that you really wonder if this is a smart move for him. Roy has money, and lots of it, so he must still feel like he has it in him. I may have to save my pennies and buy this one if they can put a pretty good under card with this fight. I just hope Roy knows what he is doing.

Only 2 days away now. I can't wait to see what happens in this fight. However, the undercard SUCKS so I will be playing poker and waiting to check the results on the internet. I can't see paying for another RJJ pay-per-view (with a horrible undercard) until he proves he has at least a little clue what he is doing in the ring.

Antonio Tarver beats Roy Jones Jr. by UD
Anyone watch the fight? I refused to pay. And by all accounts its appears that I made the right decision. There was only one other fight I was interested in. Anyone know if Nate Campbell vs. Kid Diamond was televised? If not, then i didn't care about any others. Roy is DONE. Period. Exclamation point.
