Which WR should I start for Week 12?
Pick two from these four:
Randy Moss Reggie Wayne Peter Warrick Plaxico Burruss Moss has been awesome, but Yahoo said he may have an off game, so I might go with that and bench him even though he's playing the Lions. With Harrison playing, Wayne's value goes down against the Bills, but if Harrison doesn't play, Wayne is a pretty good start, IMO. Warrick is playing an even worse defense this week and he's predicted to get 65 & a TD. Finally, Plaxico is playing one of the worst teams in the NFL, he's projected to get 75 & a TD. Let me know what you think. |

I would say Moss and Burress.

Right now I've got Moss & Warrick. But that is subject to change. You wouldn't be letting your Pittsburgh/Cleveland bias get in the way would you?

Cleveland doesn't exactly have the league's strongest defense. But Burress hasn't been making much noise lately. I'd say Moss for sure, and any of the other 3 is up to guesswork. I'd go with either Burress or Warrick.

Since Harrison should be back, that rules out Wayne, so it's just down to Warrick & Burress. I'm sure whoever I bench will outplay whoever I start and Moss will likely bomb too.

Warrick faces an easy defense.

okay here you go.
Wayne is facing a 2nd ranked pass defense in Buffalo. number #4 defense overall. allowing just 17 points a game. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/4256 - Manning's stats. Wayne i think only has faced Buffalo once in his career. Burress will be facing the 6th ranked pass defense. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/5037 http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/2018 Maddox comes in with a 70.8 rating in 4 games vs Cleveland Lions are the middle of the pack with their pass defense. Culpepper has a 98.1 rating vs the Lions in 6 games. Moss, http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/4262 , just look at what he has done against the Lions in his career Chargers has the 2nd worst pass defense in the league. their run defense isn't very good either so Cincy probably will run the ball on them quite a bit. Kitna though hasn't done worth a shit vs the chargers in his career, 67.3 rating in 6 games but he isn't facing the Charger defense like he use to. btw the Cleveland's defense is tied for ninth in scoring at 17.7 a game 7th in yards allowed in games. My picks would be Moss and Burress, maybe Warrick.

Based on Cleveland being the 6th best pass defense, and Maddox's struggles this season, I think I'll go with Moss & Warrick.

well don't get too high on Warrick just cause what he did last week, but he would be a wise choice to go with i think.

Who I start will definitely change from week to week (except for Moss), but if Harrison is back, that rules out Wayne against a good Bills defense, if Burruss is playing a decend D with a struggling QB, that rules him out, so for this week I'll go with the WR playing the worst D with the hottest QB.

can't disagree with you there.
but you might want to consider one thing, they are coming off probably their biggest win of the season, will they bring the intensity this week?

Well, it didn't make much difference who I started. Moss led my WRs with 5 points, Wayne (who I benched) got 3, Warrick (who I started) got 2 points and Burruss got 1.
