What can I say, is there anything to say. Now I know that I have been away from the Rant for a few days and this has been talked about, but I what a jackass. This guy, different from Bonds, stated to Congress that he never used steriods. " I have never, ever taken steriods!"

Bonds never said that he NEVER took them in front of congress like palmerio did. Now he is stating that he does not know how they entered his body. I can tell you how, THROUGH A NEEDLE IN YOUR ASS!!!!! How How How, c'mon you ass!!

There was an expert's testimony they played on SportsCenter this afternoon, and the guy said that this particular steroid that turned up in Palmeiro's blood - a potent one at that - is really only brought into the body via needle injection or through a pill. That would make it highly unlikely for this steroid to have entered Palmeiro's blood stream accidentally or without his knowledge.
