There's something deliciously ironic about the fact that scripted television has declined in ratings in favour of more ad-libbed, candid, jerky-cameraed, "reality" programming that simulates or at least tries its best to imitate real life and real situations.

Meanwhile, the ORIGINAL reality television, ie: sports, has actually been usurped by the presence and excitement of fake, imaginary leagues, because apparently the real thing isn't contrived enough.

You can coax it up all you want, if you play fantasy football you're still a collossal dork.
