Virginia suspends four players (AP)
Safety Tony Franklin was among four Virginia football players suspended Thursday for undisclosed violations of team policy. Franklin, a starter and one of four captains, will miss Saturday's critical game against No. 24 Georgia Tech along with nose tackle Kwakou Robinson, reserve wide receiver Ottowa Anderson and reserve defensive end Vince Redd.
