I just bet $200 that Texass wouldn't come within 17 points of the TroScum.

If it was Meik's money, than no. He's got too much already. If it was your money, i wouldn't say you are crazy... but rather a little disturbed? I can't imagine USC blows them out.

See, I'm thinking something like 48 - 30.

1. usc has been there, knows how to prepare and what to expect peripherally.

2. it's in their own backyard.

3. Texass will probably be feeling great just to be there. Mack Brown is the coach, remember?

4. Pete Carroll has five weeks to prepare a defense? Fugetaboutit!

5. usc has a 3,000 yard passer, two 1,000 yard rushers and two 1,000 yard receivers. As great as Texass' defense is, who do you stop?

6. usc is going for history. Texass is going for respect.

I just read in the Dallas Morning News that some of the football players are studying for finals and are having a hard time 'cause they're thinking about the game already.

See, at usc....you don't have to worry about studying for exams. There's another advantage for the ToeJams!

I agree with KP. I think that Texas has a long game ahead of them. If for some reason Vince Young is shut down, the game could get out of hand. I could see a 55 to 20 game happening. Vince Young needs to find a new du rag...

Sorry KP, but anyone willing to give 10 more points than the spread better be getting some serious odds, hope it only cost you 25, if not then I'd say your crazy.
Oh and Mack Brown is our coach, and we were happy to be there, and even happier to be National Champs!!
I guess its about time to cut out the Mack bashing.......
