John Kasay. For kicking the ball out of bounds after the Panthers tied the game at 29, giving the Pats the ball at the 40 yard line and putting them in an easy position to get into field goal range and win the game.

I agree. Reminds me of a few years back when the Chiefs had Lin Elliot who pulled a major choke job in the playoffs against the Colts. So bad he didn't come back the next season and he needed body guards for some time. He even tried to hang himself, but he couldn't kick the chair out from under him.
