Mark C / Ssigman Final Round Thread!
This is where the speculation will take place. When the judges have the articles, they will be posted on the home page, but for now, it is up to the members to debate the topic that Mark and Ssig's have.....
What is the best sports movie of all time? Good luck to both, and let the games begin!! |

I am with Joe on Friday Night Lights. I'd be hard pressed to think of the "best ever", ands I think you guys will be surprised at what they pick. Not bad movies mind you, but not what I expected. This should be good.

FG, we do this "Point/Counterpoint" competition here. Its a tournament where you have two guys who go head-to-head debating a certain topic. For example...
You vs. me - topic is "who is the best quarterback ever" You say Joe Montana and write why you think he is, and I pick Ryan Leaf (or Dan Marino, they are close) and write my article. Then we read each others articles and right a rebuttal to what the other person wrote. The judges then judge the two articles and determine a winner. You win, you move on to the next round... you lose and you sit in the corner ashamed and wait for the next competition. |

Nice very nice! Sorry to hear about your losses there Gunner and Btown. Ryan Leaf? Yeah he's got a LOT of captain in him! haha

No YOU must have a lot of captain if you to even mention him in the same context as sports in general whether it be football, baseball, or cheerleading!
