i agree with you on that baseball games or any other sporting event is costing an arm and a leg these days even for one person .

I totally agree with you on that one. Now an interesting debate would be to figure out whose fault it is that baseball has become so expensive for us regular fans... Is it the owners who pay the big bucks to get the much covetted player or the player for asking his "fair" share (compared to other players with similar stats). Or maybe its the League's fault for not intervening?

Personnally, I won't blame the players. Hey, you would be crazy not to ask for a raise if you knew your boss would go for it... With that in mind though, i agree with Mike cause it pisses me off to hear them bitch and complain about it...

I blame the players' union. I mean, there's no doubt a union is good to back the players, but if a player wants to take a pay cut (like in the A-Rod deal to Boston), let him. I mean, here is one player out of hundreds who wants LESS and because of the union, he cannot. Hard battle for MLB to fight.
