| Fantasy Sports It's like Dungeons & Dragons, only without the geeky costumes and 20-sided dice. |

My Feedback to CBS Sportsline:
At first, I was very excited about being the commissioner of my own league here at CBS Sportsline. However, now that the I have experienced a CBS Sportsline Live Draft, I must say I'm very disappointed.
I think CBS Sportsline should be ashamed and embarrassed that they charge people $120 to be commissioner of their own league when Yahoo! provides a similar service that is much more efficient and FREE. On draft night, CBS Sportsline's servers were incredibly slow and many owners in the league experienced errors on their draft pages. First, the default rankings by Sportsline are atrocious. An owner in my league who didn't adjust the default rankings and was unable to attend the draft was given Ryan Dempster with the #2 pick in the draft. Second, all too frequently, errors would come up on the draft page, forcing owners to reopen their draft pages. Finally, it was much too difficult to see what players had already been drafted. Once a player was drafted, their name was completely removed from all the rank lists and it became a wild goose chase to find out if a player had been drafted yet and who had taken them. I have participated in numerous Yahoo! Live Drafts and have never found their servers slow, have never experienced an error on their draft pages, and have always been able to navigate their draft pages with ease. Hopefully, my CBS Sportsline experience improves from here on out because I don't feel it can get much worse. Right now, I don't see how I could ever bring myself to pay even 1 cent for another fantasy service from CBS Sportsline, knowing that there are free fantasy services available that are better. I'm sure my opinion makes little difference to you, but I just wanted to assure you that you are far from the best fantasy sports source available. Thank you. |

I'd ask for a refund if it was that bad and it continues to be that bad throughout the season.

No word from Sportsline yet (unless I accidentally deleted it in my Junk Mail). They're probably at a loss for words...or they just don't care.

Crash,
PM me the email address of the sportsline contact form or maybe there is a phone number that I can call. For the way that draft went, I want to see some type of resolution. I will contact them also |

Alright, do you see on the league home page where it has quotes from other Sportsline members (should be toward the bottom). Well I clicked on that and it has a place where I could submit a reaction. I put this one as a "Complaint".

I emailed them also and expressed that I run a site alone, without the power that they have, and that I answer or look into problems as soon as I can. I also expressed that I demand sometype of response, also that you had sent in an email 5 days ago and had not received anything. This really pisses me off and maybe you do not understand, but if you were running a site and had these types of problems, then it would be in your best interest to correct them ASAP!!!
