Team Canada just looks exhausted to me. As you pointed out, they are not getting the lucky breaks you need to win a hockey game. At least a close one.

Also, both the Americans and the Canadians are going to be coming home soon if they can't put the puck in the net. It's as simple as that. Shoot, crash the net, get the rebound, score some ugly goals. Period.

No they didn't. They got a couple goals (both powerplays, one being a 5-3), realized how lucky they were to be in such a position when they had no business having the lead in such a game, counted their blessings and then hang back for two periods and played kiddie bar the door against a relentless Canadian attack that, save for two disallowed goals and 2 other shots that trickled across the goal line, simply couldn't beat the truckload of horseshoes Gerber shoved up his ass.

Missy, how dare you offer a hockey opinion without first checking with Ishkur to see if your opinion was correct! Don't you know your opinion is not correct unless it agrees with Ishkur?

thanks gunny...to much reading to figure out whats goin on but i assume she wrote canada hockey sucks and ishkur disagrees....which is a complete shock to me since they are on their way to gol......oh they're out?? must've ran into a hot goaltender
